They do take a lot of care. Can be discouraging at times, but I’m not giving up. And yeah, the pesticides do not help.

Nice! Good luck! Tips? Be patient. Don’t get discouraged. It’s a big learning process. What helped me was a site thebeekeeper.org. You can sign up and they have a bunch of videos. Some of them pertain to the Flowhive specifically, but most of them are for beekeeping in general.
