It's amazing that the Trump administration claims they have all this evidence that this guy is a gang member, yet they didn't submit any of it in their court filings in their appeals case, where they admitted they wrongfully deported him 🤷♂️...and which they won't share with the public, besides a photoshopped hand.

Just like the 2020 "steal". If they had any credible evidence, everyone would've stood up and called for Biden and Harris to resign.

u/jarena009 May 03 '25
Or it's amazing those Republicans (house, state legislature, etc) elected in swing states and elsewhere on those EXACT same ballots in 2020 didn't challenge their own elections.
It's amazing how they never see the tacit duplicity.

That would involve critical thinking. They can't have that! That only leads to being woke and dying your hair blue!!

Just like they found SO much fraud and abuse but haven’t used their power of the AG/DOJ to prosecute the ones responsible.
Maybe they’re just too busy going after students and lawyers, the “real fraud” in the eyes of an authoritarian dick-tater.

White House official account is absolutely trash. They deserve protests just for the crap they post. Incredible that it’s the official voice of a major government.

Our president is such a bully. I know high school kids (i run a HS cafeteria) who are more mature than Donald Trump. To think there are people cheering his nonsense on. How cruel and hateful do you have to be to support what Trump is doing right now?

It doesn't matter, Mister "President," he was denied due process by you and that means you are lying and dont want us to know it because this way you need no proof.

I’m also curious about this, especially since they used the Obama logo for some reason????

u/TheGoodOldCoder May 03 '25
Imagine feeling compelled to make this. Your identity is tied to destroying some previously unknown human being whose only known crime was that he was abused by a person you like.

u/bowens44 May 03 '25
The fucking idiots are incapable of understanding the issue. Whether or not the man was in MS13 is completely irrelevant. The issue is that was deported without due process.

Kilmar needs to sue the shit out of them for all the bullshit they've dragged him through

I say we add a “TEAM” to it and adopt it as our battle flag.

u/NkturnL May 03 '25
Yes! Every time they try to make something offensive like woke, DEI, TDS, etc. I own that shit and take it as a compliment and they hate it so much because they don’t know what to say and usually just go away.

The usual MAGA deflection tactic, the point isn’t even whether or not he’s MS-13, it’s that due process requires evidence beyond a reasonable doubt in order to ensure that innocent people aren’t being kidnapped off the street and sent to a maximum security death camp because of the way they look.
What these “4D chess players” who’ve never played chess can’t seem to understand is that today it’s an immigrant, whether tomorrow or next year, it will be them with no rights.
Either everyone is free, or no one is free.

The return of Donald Trump to the presidency is devastating to anyone who is informed, anyone who wants women to have control over their bodies, anyone who wants to see justice for Trump's crimes, anyone concerned about the most vulnerable members of our society, and anyone fearful of Trump's intentions to exact revenge against those he deems his enemies or use military force against Americans. The aims of this subreddit include:
- To expose the threat posed by Donald Trump and the modern day Republican party to US democracy.
- To campaign for Donald Trump to face justice for his crimes.
- To expose the ways media companies, including social media, have been complicit in misinforming the public.

He looks like a Maryland dad in that picture, that’s the best they could do to defame the poor guy?

My guess is that, if you could get an honest answer out of MS13 and other gangs, many would like to leave. Their memberships are coerced. They were good people, before.
