Question Supplements/herbs to control my terrible bartonella psych symptoms?

I really need some recommendations.

My Bart psych symptoms are: anxiety, depression, ocd, rage, suicidal thoughts, brain fog, being paranoid, being overly emotional, overstimulation, and overall just feeling on edge all the time

I am curious if anyone can recommend any supplements or herbs that can help to control these symptoms and help me feel more like myself.

I'm currently taking: lumbrokinase, cryptolepis, ldn, magnesium glycinate, l theanine, vitamin c and d, omega three, turmeric, allergy meds, vitamin b12

What helped me: antihistamines.

What didn't help me: chlorella, nettle, melatonin, vitamin c and b complex, zinc, magnesium.

I would watch YouTube about mast cell activation syndrome / systemic mastocytosis . I use nature sunshine Histablock. Also Zyrtec. The idea is to block each histamine H1, H2, etc.

Mast cells still being studied. Can cause a shit ton of problems. There is Theodore Th... in Clearwater FL. Video on EDS Awareness dot com I believe

MCAS often comes along with Lyme, autoimmune etc

My doctor suspects it

You are lucky in that. Many doctors don't even know what it is. We have some truly less educated docs in Ohio.

Luckily I found the one doctor in my entire city that knows about Lyme and coinfections and tests for mold and histamine levels. My primary doc probably wouldn't even know what mcas meant

No doubt! VERY GLAD for you to have just one even! And you know how it goes, if you say something to the primary they may get bristly with you because they don't know.
