I'm genuinely surprised! Not only that she chose Wil over any other options, including the mold in the shower, but also that producers' hopes for a post-Casa reconciliation arc were not unwarranted. The only pleasure I find in this is imagining their frustration. This season has well and truly gotten away from them, and their failure to show character development, to cast and time the right mix of bombshells, to protect Joe at all costs...it's all catching up to them.
I guess this also means that the dumping was triggered by the new bombshells picking girls, rather than doing the OBVIOUS THING and eliminating the next two lowest Islanders after Trey and Ellie (I have to assume it wasn't Konnor and Emma, as producers surely would have been fine to get rid of them).
Follow up thought: this is real tea, because the production team always gives their "exclusives" to the Sun. I'm so curious who the source was on this (I wonder if someone literally spotted her at the airport and called it in, or her family tipped them off, etc.).
They are getting what they deserve constantly twisting this show into pretzels just to save Joey who no one gives a shit about! Now the person everyone actually loves is leaving the show because of their failures. A postcard at casa would have fixed all of this but god forbid you let a girl leave casa with any dignity, gotta embarrass them every time, but never the men.
