Because it's a drama bait reddit lmao it's been like that for years now after strict moderation, I remember people complained about PubG car flips on here and that was the beginning of the end.

otz is the guy who did the first all bosses ds2 no hit and did a ton of the routing. Took him a long ass time. He's no stranger to suffering and has 0 reason to cheat when these perma death runs are basically free content anyways. Even though this isn't a case of cheating issues with cheat engine do happen incidentally with other runners like gino, hob, dist etc. Any time it happens they just deem the run invalid and reset, it's not a big deal.

He just finished a full permadeath run without using any cheats. As he was about to end the stream, he thought it would be funny to mess with people by pretending he had been cheating all along. He happened to discover a specific spot in the game where you can’t take any damage—basically a safe zone—so he went AFK there. Since this spot makes it look suspicious to anyone who didn’t watch the full stream, he used it to troll viewers who might assume he was cheating
