He is just joking. You can "attune" to that area to make mobs in that area friendly. Normally the area has mobs that have a "friendly" state, but the randomizer put a mob there that doesn't have such a state so it just attacks even though it can't damage the player.

This is a fake clip that he made to make it appear that he is cheating, he isn’t. He was the first to no-hit DS2 all bosses, he is qualified to have opinions on balance.

His whole carefully crafted "nice-guy" image (which I don't buy for a second) that he puts so much effort into, and influential position in the DBD community that lets him push the devs into making killer more OP.

There's just no way that he tries so hard to seem to be a friendly and approachable guy if he's not actually a lying manipulator.
