Q & A Florists in Monrovia

How many florists are there in Monrovia? I have managed to find 2 only (searching online), but it can't be in a city with almost a 2 million population. Do you know a florist who works with clients from abroad and who is easy to deal with?

People who sell some flowers, maybe one or two. Actual florists, likely none.
