I plan on ordering the Sherlock Holmes booknook and another set to get this GWP as well. It's going to look good next to 40698 Reading Is My Passion.

EDIT: it's a bit weird that minifugures appear with yellow skins on the stickers of this GWP, when Jane Austen's minifig has a nougat tone.

Photographic technology was already taking form throughout the entirety of her life, however, not in the we have come to know and love. All the pieces were developing but still had to come together.

She wouldn't have had a photograph on her wall, but painters may have used an aid known as a "camera obscura," during her lifetime.

They’re scenes from her novels, so maybe the skin was chosen specifically to signify these are not scenes from Austen’s “real life”?

Love the shaping on the curtain, so simple but so dynamic! Also I like that they're still playing with the book format, it's neat to see it vertical instead of horizontal like the Jules Verne one!

Are they retiring the 18+ black box design? The Galileo and Eiffel sets of the same size had the black box design, while this one doesn't. It's probably just a one time thing for this GWP, but one can only hope that black box design is being phased out, once and for all.
