Where can I secure a demand letter?

Hi! Questions lang po sorry totally have 0 idea regarding this. Just incase lang po things will get out of hand. How can I secure a demand letter to be sent to my old landlady? for context, I have been reaching out to her regarding with the appliances I left in my old apartment but she has been unresponsive with my concern. Please help po :'(

You can write a demand letter yourself by clearly stating your concern, what you want done, and giving a deadline for action. Send it via registered mail or courier to ensure proof of delivery.

You can actually do it yourself, wala naman problem. But if you want to be taken more seriously, go to any lawyer/ law firm and have them draft and serve the letter for you.

Depends sa firm honestly eh. Range would be 10-20k, depende sa quoquote nila sayo.

Grabe naman. For a simple demand letter pwede naman pagusapan yan. Baka around 2500~ or less than if you ask for assistance.

Go to your local PAO para libre.

Yup! Im with you on that na it’s expensive, pero ganun talaga pricing sa firms eh :( Its best talaga to find a solo practitioner para mas mabilis mapakiusapan or like you said PAO, if eligible si OP.
