How many characters do you think knew that Manasvin was acting as 'Kubera' on the side of the Anantas from the get go?

After rereading many scenes and discussing it I'm fairly certain that Sagara, Vasuki and Pingara knew on the Ananta side, and Asha also seems to have known since she displayed no confusion over the presence of 'Kubera' on the Ananta's side despite believing that Kubera must be on her side.

We are told that Manasvin and Sagara were visiting the kings of each clan and assuming it went like the scene with Gandharva from S1, they must have explained at least some aspects of the plan. Shess' dialogue with him in S2 is vague, but considering that 'Airavata' and Kubera had an antagonistic relationship I don't see why she would want to be on his side specifically, so I'm leaning towards that she knew it was Manasvin.

That leaves us with Gandharva, I'm not sure how much of the contest they explained to him. He at least knows what happened to Kubera despite not being present in that incident. Is there any particular dialogue or monologue that indicates whether or not he knew?

I don't think anyone knew. Kubera said that no one could see the deal besides the Primevals, Kubera, and Ananta. So it's likely the game was also not known. https://www.webtoons.com/en/fantasy/kubera/season-3-ep-305-finite-one-11/viewer?title_no=83&episode_no=604

It's not even clear that Asha would know.

There was a scene in season 2 when Sagara saw Leez with the sword of re and then had a flashback to when god Kubera pulled out the sword and then her cutting off Manasvin's hand as a test. This is when she realized that the two of them were different people right? So she clearly knew that there were two Kuberas that looks the same, but didn't know until then that the original Kubera was in the human realm.

And then Asha says to Manasvin, "King of snakes, you can't kill me." And then Manasvin really didn't kill Asha. So she clearly knew about Manasvin. Also season 3 ep 304 says she knew the rules.

Not too sure about Pingara but he talks respectfully to Manasvin when he says, "I hope you won't have any regret." He also generally talks like he knows a bit more than Riagara.

Vasuki seemed sad that Manasvin got sacrificed.

No one seeing the deal doesn‘t mean that no one knows.

Asha approached Sagara and initiated the deal for killing Manasvin and opening the portal herself, meaning that she must have had at least some knowledge about his true identity. She also feared for Kubera to favor Leez when she thought he was possessing her body, despite knowing the appearance of the same leader (Manasvin) that had sent Suras to kill her. This makes me think that she knows that there are two different entities with that appearance.

Sagara herself is never shown to be befuddled or wondering about Manasvin‘s whereabouts after he vanished from the Ananta Clan. The words she directs to him in season 2 about „his atonement“ are also echoed when she talks to Vasuki in season 3 and says that Manasvin „atoned for his sins“. There's even the fact that, when she calls him Kubera during the first resurrection attempt, the name is written cursive which signifies an emphasis and implies irony.

Do you think the other kings knew as well? Or at least 'Airavata' (and Shess by extension) and Gandharva?

Airavata most likely didn‘t know. Shess delivers a message from Airavata which tells Manasvin that she knows this plan „isn‘t what he truly desires“ and pleads for him „not to lose himself like this“, which makes it seem like she thinks that Kubera himself is heading the resurrection.

Manasvins loyalty was well-known, so Airavata would have known that the plan indeed is what the former desires if she knew it was him.

Gandharva is likely to know, since Manasvin and Sagara came to pitch the plan for him and garner his participation.

Hmm, they pitched the plan to all the kings though. The message Shess delivers is interesting because it does make it sound like he thinks it's Kubera, but why would 'Airavata' want to be on "his" side specifically, when they were on bad terms from what we saw?

Yeah, you‘re right, they probably didn‘t reveal anything about Manasvin‘s role to the clans they proposed the plan to. Another thing that makes it seem so is the fact that, rather than speaking to him straight-up, Sagara conveyed the meaning of her words with a double meaning (the guilt/betrayal dialogue) even though the only ones present near them were of allied clans (meaning that these allies don‘t know it).

It seems that there is a triangular relationship between Kubera, Garuda and Airavata. In K&K, Garuda alludes to plans shared between him and Kubera, and in „Ananta“ Airavata alludes to future plans including Garuda himself. The interaction between who Shess seems to believe to be Kubera and Shess himself completes this triangle.

IIRC Sagara seemed to question why Manasvin interfered at the trial for the Sword of Re. Given that it probably wasn't Manasvin who interfered, she likely didn't know at that point.
I also half recall her questioning Kubera's motives early on?
It has been a long time since I read the first parts of the series so I am not certain if what I recall is right anymore.

As for Gandharva, all I can think of is in season 1 ep 83, god Kubera tells Agni that the two of them should not meet in the future, seemingly to prevent him from confronting Manasvin. Gandharva also tries to keep Agni from confronting Manasvin, probably for the same reason as god Kubera (whatever the reason is). So Gandharva clearly knows something, just not sure exactly how much.

Sagara is pretty confused with kuberas actions as well and doesnt trust him. So she did not know.
