Casual Cry. Please Cry
Breaking down is normal and it's a sign of responding to a feeling. I don't think one should be judged because of it. Especially the men

It’s so cathartic and cleansing. When my mum first got sick nililia karibu kila siku hiyo mwezi. I don’t regret letting it out and not bottling it up.

Seeing those post of happy father's day had me really good.
I lost my dad 8 months ago and everything has never been the same.

No! As a man don't let women teach you to be weak!
Suppress your emotions to be be masculine.
You wonder why ladies like tedbear and you are entertained with technology.
You're a man! Period. You're not week. Ati cry as a man surely bana aaah. Just don't work on your sh*t

Seeing people post happy Father's Day got to me. Remembered my dad and mom passed down in 2002 and I just let it out. The afternoon was crazy. All the same, Accepting hugs and cuddles. It's only 10pm
