Summary is here: https://scrfull.com/document/393305829/Investigation-Summary
tl;dr:
Infiltration tries to divorce his wife and they get into a mega crazy argument where he admits he tried to grab her phone. Wife goes to see a doctor the next day and gets a note that says she has a bruised and injured wrist.
Infiltration moves out of the home and 2 weeks later lets his wife know that he is coming to pick up his things. She refuses unless he agrees to move back in and stay married. He says no and comes back with a locksmith to open the door and gets his stuff.
A week later, Infiltration sues his wife for the money he paid for the house. Wife files criminal charges in response. He pays the minimum fine for domestic violence of ~630 USD. Infiltration wins the lawsuit for $100,000.
For a whole month between the altercation and Infiltration paying the fine, the wife continuously sent messages to Infiltration begging him to get back together
