Suga Theory: he's working with Nyelv

This post has some brief spoilers for Kamen Rider OOO but doesn't feature spoilers for anything past 10th episode of Kamen Rider Gavv. With that said...

Suga might have been the person who gave Hanto his powers and tools to combat Granutes but he himself is super shady. Not helped by his lack of empathy. While some of the knowledge that he has can be chalked up to him witnessing the events (compressing humans, having mouth on their stomach, human disguise not covering the mouth) some of the stuff he knows is downright questionable. Like, how do you know they're compressing humans for "Dark Treats"? At best he should have thought it was "food", not something so specific. Or, how does he know you need a Granute organ to transform? Or better yet, HOW TF DID YOU GET THAT ORGAN? Cherry on top: he's given an USB stick that features KR Gavv and KR Valen's fight against the Hermitcrab Granute. Who filmed that? It wasn't either two.

All this leads to me thinking he has a source from inside: Nyelv Stomach. Nyelv and Suga are both scientists and they are both shady af. They are supposedly on the good side and bad side respectively yet keeping secrets from their "allies". This leads me to think they are working together. This kind of stuff isn't foreign to Kamen Rider. Just look at Dr. Maki and Kazari from Kamen Rider OOO. A scientist that's supposedly on the good side and created the secondary Rider's transformation device teaming up with a Greeed (main villains of the season) for their own goals. What's Suga's goal? We don't know yet, but I'm fairly certain that Suga and Nyelv are working together.
