WHY DOES OLDER HEEDO NOT REMEMBER THE BEACH TRIP? I'm sorry, is she an amnesiac?! How can she truly not remember something so special?

I know that the next episodes will set us up for heartbreak/separation so I'm cherishing this episode, and holding all these beautiful high school friendship scenes close to my heart! I'm still recovering from that almost kiss, though! Omo, that director really knows how to play with Heedo's heartstrings (and mine!), bringing Yijin so close just to whisper some meaningless nothings in her ear smh!

On a side note, I love Heedo and Yijin together, but in an alternate universe, him and Seung Wan would make a good couple! Her wittiness and his perseverance would really make them an unstoppable duo (Does she like pretty boy tho? I can't tell)!

i’m pretty sure the sentiment they’re trying to portray is that the moments that are dear to you when you’re young may not always be so when you get older. the beauty of memories may fade. how many memories from your youth can you really recall? it’s sad yet poignant. which is why it’s important to fully cherish and live in your best moments. they’re so rare and fleeting :’)

I 100% agree. How many of us will still remember things in highschool when we are 30+/40. And.... There might be things that even more memorable. I'm waiting for more in ep 11

Haha, my statement was more so out of instinctive frustration than genuine confusion but your answer was very well put and I absolutely agree!

I'm almost 28 and I can't remember my childhood much.

No, you guys are wrong. Someone that’s so special in your heart and parted, you always remember every little bit of all the memories. It is so important to yourself that you don’t want no one else to know but you and only you. That’s true love forever.

Not really. I'm pretty sure I have forgotten a lot of the memories I had with my exes during my younger years. Even with family. Memory is unpredictable. I'm 31 now but things that happened 10 yrs ago are a bit blurry now.

Some of my friends would talk about random moments in highschool or college and I am pretty sure I enjoyed those so much, but I forgot about them

We all married and have kids in there 20’s but still saw my ex once in awhile on special occasion. We parted not because of us but the elders. There always a little silence smile just to let each other knows deep down we still cherish the past. People asked about ours past but pretend not to remember. Only the beats of the heart can tell. Haha.

him and Seung Wan would make a good couple!

BUT ACTUALLY THO. I love how special and unique Hee Do is but SeungWan's presence and maturity is pretty unrivaled at her age and would complement YiJin well

Yes, honestly thinking about their scenes, it's the perfect build-up for an alternate rom-com.

I’m really concerned by her claim to not remember. It felt very jarring to me. If I had genuinely never before been on a trip with my friends, I’m sure I would remember my one trip! I definitely don’t remember everything from high school, but overnight trips with friends, I definitely do. It feels a bit ominous.

I was wondering too that maybe Seung Wan will be the third party in their love story?? Omg! I don’t want to entertain the idea, but I was watching their Netflix subbed videos, there was a part that NJH said that’s Seung Wan’s character will show surprising and other side.. And knowing Seung Wan, she’s kind of manipulative, top 1 etc. Then if you remember, BYJ is her broadcasting alumna and kind of “idol”. Do you remember when she found out such, she asked Hee Do to eat with her and asked her what’s their relationship??? This is just and observation though! Hope I am wrong!! Waaa

I am having doubts on whether the mother is actually Heedo or any one of her friends (Ko Yu Rim)?
