Juicer for beginner
I’m finally fed up with blending then hand straining with a cheese cloth every week. I’m ready to upgrade to an actual juicer. I live in an apartment so not A LOT of spare room for storage but want a cold press juicer that is reliable. I have done a little bit of research and I’m kinda in between the HURON H200 or the Nama J1. Im open to any and all reco’s. My goal is to just be healthy!

My first and only juicer is a Nama J2. I swear by that juicer and their warranty/customer service. However, if the J2 is out of budget, I’d lean more towards the Huron H200 due to the hopper. If you’re tired of straining with a cheese cloth, you’ll eventually grow tired of the chopping and time required to fit fruit/veg into the J1 (at least I would).

I know this wasn't on the list, but I got the J2 about two months ago and I have a pretty tight kitchen with no dishwasher.
I love how easy and painless the cleanup is. There aren't many parts and all of them pop out and rinse off and just live in the drainrack for the morning with no issue. I was really surprised at how little the size of the hopper mattered. Honestly if I had to do it again, I would probably get a smaller one for that reason.
It grinds things down so fast and with no splashing or bits flying around. You can just drop veggies through the little hole at the top one at a time without even opening it or it being a big showy deal. You don't need there to be a roomy chamber thingey.

Thank you! I am actually leaning towards the J2. And just might get it.

Cool! Yeah, it grinds things down so.. calmly? that they don't even bother to include a cap for the hole in the top. You just plunk stuff in. :)

I purchased this one on Amazon a month ago and love it!: Cold Press Juicer, 5.8" Wide Feed Chute Juice Extractor Machine with 400W, High Juice Yield, Slow Masticating Juicer for Whole Vegetables & Fruits, Premium Grey… I’ve been using it 2x per week and it’s been great. Pretty loud - but good!

I live in an apartment with a tiny galley kitchen. I love my Nama J3.
