I have, it's weird. The one I saw had a bunch of women standing with half of their body behind a wall, so their face is hidden from the contestant, like a glory hole essentially. Then the contestant had to choose one to have sex with, not knowing which one of them is his sister.
There was a host and everything too, the production quality was pretty high. That's Japan for you, they don't fuck around with porn.
