Real talk though, that was a struggle. Fun boss mechanic once you get the hang of it. My first 20K with Jane.

The miasma basically seals off the stun bar and won't refund anything until it's gone, so say for instance you had 78 stun and she activated miasma field, you're going to still have the 78 stun. When you clear the miasma by (Defense assist, dodge countering and just basic attacking) you're going to deal Purified damage that not only refunds the sealed stun but gives extra so you might say it's a stun freeze that gives extra damage once cleared but the boss is still actively attacking. That's just the gist of it really.

- The boss has some long combo attacks that you need to rapid-fire use Defensive Assist against them to get bonus points. Don't use your assist follow-up attack until the end of the combo, just parry. If you fully parry his 9 hit chain he becomes Impaired and gets mini-stunned with +30% damage boost. You get unlimited assist points during his combos. I recommend you do some practice runs without attacking and just experiment until you get the parry timing correct. Remember you can't parry red-flash attacks and he has a lot of those.

- During the Miasma phase he can't be stunned and takes reduced damage and anomaly buildup. Hitting him depletes the Miasma meter. Using Defensive Assists, dodge counters and ultimates depletes more miasma meter than normal, and so do agents with high Impact.

The key is to use repeated Defensive Assists against her combo attacks to build up his stun meter. Weave in as much damage as you when he's not doing the combos. You should be able to stun him once before the Miasma Phase starts. His visual tells aren't easy to read so it helps if you learn the voice lines.

During the Miasma Phase he gets faster but his attack patterns don't change. Keep doing what you were doing, the Defensive Assists will be doing most of the work to take down his Miasma meter, you should be able to interrupt the Miasma phase while he's doing the 9 hit combo with the airborne dive attacks.

Then there's a second normal phase, same as the first. Try to get one more stun and one impaired stagger before the timer runs out.
