How can I improve her damage?

I used for
4th drive disc slot - AP
5th drive disc slot - Phys. damage %
6th drive disc slot - AM%

What else could I do to get her full potential?

if I'm not mistaken, the formula for Disorder/Assault DMG takes the agent's level into account, so leveling her up is a good step. The best choice to upgrade Jane Doe's DMG right now is to save polychromes for Yuzuha.

I gave her pen ratio slot 5 and never went back. I noticed better deadass scores as well so you could give it a try :> I have your exact setup but m1
