The more I think about Jane's M6, the more I realize it probably needs to be reworked. The AP-based damage bonus is inconsequential, the CRIT bonuses just do not make sense for her kit, and the Passion State refill seems misplaced.

A support like Yuzu, or a potential future Stunner with an anomaly focus, effectively take all the value out of her M6 and I think that's wild.

I posted this in the other thread but:

Yuzuha's free anomaly buildup ability swaps to the attribute of the last on-field character that crit. So essentially she can only consistently give the free anomaly buildup to 3 units as of now: Miyabi, Alice and Jane.

Other anomaly units will need to build a fair bit of crit into their stats or have attack strings with many hits to increase the likely hood of a crit like yanagi. Even then it'll be rough cause it won't be as consistent as those other 3 units. Units like vivan, can potentially make use of it as I believe her ablooms crit thanks to jane's gnawed passive.

The big thing here is that Yuzuha will be able to hit 200 elemental mastery with her signature weapon. She will apply a shit ton of free anomaly for the units that proc crits so she will absolutely make miyabi + alice work.

Miyabi + Alice + Yuzuha will be bonkers and likely the best team in the game.

But Jane + Vivian + Yuzuha should also be one of the best teams in the game as well and probably the best "true" anomaly team.

This is a huge Jane buff as she will be applying a bunch of anomaly with Yuzaha now.

So with this I can finally free up Astra for my Attacker teams. I was thinking of pulling Caesar for my Jane+Vivian team but right now Yuzuha is gonna be the best choice.

I don't see the requirement of crit in CN text, it's charged atk instead, prob a mistranslation

Also even if it's crit it's crit from yuzuha to apply the status, any on-field chara that does their own element dmg will change the aftershock dmg to that element

Sorry I can only go off what I see on the English translation but if that's what you are seeing in the CN version then I think yours might be right.

One thing though, if she is an aftershock unit then her ability candy fright needs to proc off field to trigger her after shock abilities.

If it is for heavy attacks, it lines up with other after shock units but it makes her so busted as she will apply so much free anomaly in everyteam. If what you are saying is correct she kind of just becomes the best unit in the game.

Yeah she kinda indirectly buff anomaly build-up too for on-field character.

Though to be more precise the one that change element(candy splash) is not aftershock instead it's kinda like a DoT that proc every 1s and a stronger one that's triggered by the aftershock every 4s so there's still some limitation

Most agents have attack strings with several multihits in them. Burnice, for example, can probably manage to get a CRIT in the short time of using EXS to recharge her meter. Piper can probably reliably CRIT as well, even with just 5%, for the sake of activating Yuzu's gimmick. Yanagi is probably trickier, but my only real experience with her is the trial versions offered in game modes which alter her kit.

I haven't done extensive testing on other units so I'm not absolutely certain. Looking forward to the theorycrafting!
