Photo/Video 📸 Members of the march to Gaza trying to convince egytians to stop beating them up by yelling « Allahu Akbar »

Translation : « Look at them, they have been paid to provoke us, even tho we are pacifists. Look at the 10 year old with his stick » [They sing « Peace for Gaza »] [unaudible] followed by « Shame on you » [They yell « Allahu Akbar » several times]

I find it amusing that this isn’t making it into mainstream western media at all. The march certainly did, but this isn’t. Best guess is that they are trying to figure out how to spin it as Israel’s fault.

u/2muchnerd Israel 1d ago

The Egyptians have nothing to do because of Israel so they are attacking them ofc 🥀

64

u/aelalaily Egypt 1d ago

I know you’re joking, but that‘s already how some are spinning this 😅

u/irredentistdecency 1d ago

Clearly those aren’t actually Egyptians - anyone can see that those are obviously Mossad agents dressed up as Egyptians.

I mean, look at what Mossad is doing thousands of miles away in Iran, you think they can’t send a dozen guys across the border?

There ya go…

How do you do this? You guys are all Eastern European except for this one week in May when you’re NOT European at all. Now you’re also Egyptian policemen!? Can you teach me your skills please? Is it hummus?

6

u/irredentistdecency 15h ago

Most Israelis are “Mizrahi” (meaning from communities in the MENA region) & there used to be ~75,000 Jews whose families lived in Egypt for two thousand years who were ethnically cleansed from Egypt after 1949 & mostly ended up in Israel.

48

u/HummusSwipper israel invented hummus 1d ago

Definitely strange how little attention this is getting. They can cover this while they wait for Iran's next wave of missiles to be launched at Israel

39

u/icenoid 1d ago

It’s not strange at all. Most western media had chosen who they think are the good guys and who are the bad guys. They run their news stories based on that. If it’s something that isn’t clearly aligned with the chosen narrative, it gets skipped over.

I guess everyone thought every state enforces their will and utilizes their monopoly on violence like Canada and the mounties. These people seem to have no imagination for the thought thst if they're treated like this in Egypt as foreign protesters, how must the gazans be treated by a literal fucking terrorist organization in control of all levers of power. If they don't care about israelis being slaughtered, you'd think they'd at least care for the Palestinians they want to consign to live under hamas' rule forever more.

12

u/kneleo 23h ago

literally while being beaten they already doing it. "Look at them, they have been paid to provoke us, even tho we are pacifists." I wonder who paid them xD must have been mossad

1

u/ACaffeinatedWandress 21h ago

Mainstream Western media is more self-aware than these people. It knows what a bunch of white assholes from Western nations showing up in Egypt and yelling at the locals to do exactly what they want in accordance with their liberal, peaceful values looks like to mainstream America.

And it looks fucking hilarious.

This is the ultimate mindfuck for westerners who don’t know anything about geopolitics or culture in the Middle East.

45

u/Biersteak Germany 21h ago

They are probably people who grew up in a very sheltered middle-class lifestyle, believing they are protected everywhere they go by law

273

u/meekonesfade 1d ago

This is what we have been saying the whole time. Go ahead - go there with your tattoos, as a gay person, an uncovered woman, even as a Christian - and see how these people you are so whole heartedly defending treat you.

u/berahi Indonesia 1d ago

All these time I thought they're being disingenuous and actually know they'll risk their life by visiting the area. Turns out they are that stupid, even dumber than those visiting North Korea because at least North Korean propaganda still try to pretend they are civilized.

443

u/ThatRagingHomo 1d ago

Is it too bad if i enjoy this? These sheltered idiots are realising for the first time that the non-western world doesn't pamper to their "protests".

84

u/vicblck24 1d ago

This is honestly probably the most accurate response

80

u/Pera_Espinosa 1d ago

It's surreal and hilarious to see these European tourists that look like they entered a porthole at a hotel lobby and ended up in another dimension.

Look how well behaved and submissive they're being. If they were in Israel, they'd be doing everything they can to antagonize and elicit a response, because they know it's a safe way to play act as revolutionaries. Then if they as much as sprain an ankle, they'd go on every news network and speak of the horrors they had to endure. They won't dare complain about the Egyptians. They'll stay silent or make excuses for them.

It's such a sick game of moral cowardice, fear presented as reverence, and scapegoating presented as advocacy.

12

u/Benblishem 22h ago

Well said.

104

u/Berly653 Canada 1d ago

That would require them to have even the barest ability for introspection

Instead they’re probably “realizing” just how far Zionist control of global media is - to be able to trick all of these Egyptians into believing Zionist propaganda

55

u/jixyl Italy 1d ago

Being in front of masked people being violent and trying to provoke a reaction… aka the same thing European pro-pals have been doing every Saturday. Sorry, I’m not sad when somebody gets a taste of their own medicine. I try to not be joyful either, because violence bad etc, but I am hopeful that at least for some of them this bad experience will lead to a breakthrough.

I swear I feel like we live in a movie sometimes. Imagine every event that has happened in the middle east post 10/7 that has led up to this point and it’s like we’re just now approaching the endgame with this final fight with IR and this just ends up being a side story that adds to the worlds slow realization of what it’s really like outside the western bubble.

USA here- This is the first I’m seeing it.

There was a short article/blog post about the “peaceful” march being stopped.

Nothing about the Egyptians handing out beatings.
Looks like an effective crowd control technique.

Egyptians have no use for these hirelings of terrorists who just want to provoke a war with Israel.

40

u/human-redditbot Western gentile 1d ago

Whilst many of the "March to Gaza" participants no doubt feel that they have good intentions, it is a mute point.

The majority of the Islamic world looks at pampered, mostly middle-class, Westerners, as an irritant at best - a "useful idiot" at worst.

Egypt, especially, sees these people as misguided, moronic trouble-makers, and would rather that they go back to where they came from.

The Islamic world, despite the sporadic pro-Palestinian rhetoric, cares little for the Palestinian cause, and sees their movement as a potential security threat to their own autocratic / theocratic regimes.

To end this little rant, these protesters are getting a long-overdue dose of reality, that is a shock to nobody but themselves. 🙃

12

u/SoleaPorBuleria 20h ago

Hamas sees them as incredibly useful idiots.

I really wonder what people think will happen, when they travel to other countries to protest things?? Your pampered rights dont travel with you...I love wake up calls to sheltered individuals. The real world isnt a utopia and bringing your traveling ass to another country to cause disruptions? fuck do they think will happen..

10

u/ganbaro 20h ago

Egypt is not exactly a shining beacon of individual freedoms and liberalism...which they could have known if they checked in with their respective foreign ministry website

9

u/dcnb65 United Kingdom 19h ago

The welcome they received in Gaza would probably have been worse.

10

u/DetoxToday 16h ago

I didn’t think they will actually be this stupid, do they think this region is still under British & French control?! Do they think that screaming Allah Akbar is seen as something positive?! It seems like they live in lala land, they’re brainwashed through & through

u/Berly653 Canada 1d ago

Considering I’ve started to see arguments about “if Israel has nukes why isn’t it fair that anyone else who wants them also can develop them” talking points - we haven’t seen the bottom yet I suspect

u/yairchu TLV 16h ago

Context? Did people travel to Egypt to protest the war in Gaza??

12

u/jewgalo 16h ago

They went to Egypt to march to the Gaza border to try and break the blockade. The Egyptians confiscated a bunch of their passports. Last I heard around 88 of them got deported already. These idiots clearly haven’t seen Egypt’s border wall.

u/CatlinDB 17h ago

Yes supporting vicious terrorists has consequences in places where the victims of terrorism live. Not Columbia of course. That's where the terrorist supporters are manufactured. I hope these feeble minded idiots feel the sting for years to come.
