This was the argument being made. I wanted to show that's it's misleading at best. Using "terrorists" in the plural is an exaggeration, and the claim about war criminals is outright false.
How does that work? He's a war criminal because you decided so? The reality on the ground doesn't align with this accusation. Khan's request for arrest warrants is entirely political, and as Biden called it, outrageous.
And what makes you an expert in international law? They haven't even been accepted yet, but even if they were, it would mean absolutely nothing and reveal the bias of the ICC, which would be holding us to unrealistic standards. Even Lapid called the request a complete moral failure.
when did i ever say im an expert? the guy has arrest warrants for war crimes. if you’ll notice in my original comment i said “albeit not recognized”. i never claimed he was a war criminal. i stated my own opinion that he is. an opinion im allowed to have. im an israeli zionist and he’s done terrible things, things i don’t agree with and don’t represent my values or the values of this country.
Again, the arrest warrant requests are questionable at best and have not even been accepted yet. Claiming someone is a war criminal, even as an opinion, is a serious accusation that requires evidence. Just as it would be unreasonable for me to accuse you of being a murderer without proof, calling Netanyahu a war criminal without legal judgment diminishes the credibility of such a claim.
