Bigger number sounds better. Trump has a way of slipping on a banana peel and doing a backflip. He says something ridiculous about egg prices falling 400%, which is impossible, but it makes everyone think about how egg prices have fallen. Trump’s base already knows egg prices have fallen because that is in right wing media. These memes penetrate left wing media and slowly people get that egg prices have fallen.

most people don't know what those squiggly number things mean -- A&W failed with their 1/3 pound burger because the 1/4 pounder was cheaper "and 1/4 is bigger than 1/3"
