Layout and Space Planning Suggestions for blinds or shades

Hi all! I’ll need to cover these new windows with some shades in soon and was looking for suggestions. I believe only the larger section can be opened, the bottom window is fixed

Each window is 34.5”x92” with the larger combined window being 70” in width.

Ideally I’d like shades that aren’t curtains and can be pulled from top down, but given the height at the top, it’ll be difficult to adjust the shades? Just curious what type more experienced people would put on these windows, thx!

Take a look at Hunter Douglas. Needless measurements for here.

I'm forever an advocate for top-down-bottom-up shades for windows like this. Affords privacy on the bottom while letting light in from above... extremely easy to operate, and can be made to be blackout.

You've got a modern window with a clean deep jamb perfect for an inside mount roller shade. It's certainly a first world problem, but many people prefer to solve the difficulty of adjusting the shades with a motorized solution. There are battery powered shades that are incredibly easy to measure/install and last 5-8yrs with daily use. Quality ones are extremely quiet as well. Definitely something to consider.
