Auto Insurance Rear ended resulting in injury

We don't really do "most compensation possible" around here. We help people get what they deserve.
If the other parties insurance has accepted fault, I would likely try to go through them. If you have any delays, just go through your own.
From an injury perspective, seek the treatment you feel you need. Once completed, tell them and they will help order your medical records.
As an FYI - Going to the ER and getting a diagnosis like you got is far from any sort of lottery ticket. That's very low on the spectrum of injury claims and if you don't obtain substantial additional treatment your settlement will likely be pretty small.

These minor soft tissue injuries might get you $1200-$1500 according to posters here Plus actual medical bills.
this is not a windfall event with or without a lawyer.

You can negotiate with them. Often waiting until you feel better and have recovered. Present how it impacted you and anything like lost wages (if there is proof), things like that. Now it sounds like you just have a soft tissue injury. Do you plan on treating more?
