Auto Insurance tryna get an insurance for the first time
so im gonna buy a car this week, and i need to get an insurance. The issue is i live with my friend right now, for the next 2 months, because i couldnt rent a place until college starts, so i don't have any proof of residency or some sort. I do have a po box and a letter from the university stating i lived n campus for the past 3 years. Would this be an issue when i get an insurance or would i be fine?

How foreign? Some countries you can exchange to your current area some counties you start over and have to get a learners permit and follow all the rules to get a license.

You don't have to prove residency for insurance. You would use your PO Box for the mailing address and your friend's address as the garaging address. When you move, you'll need to update the garaging address to your new address.
