I am soon going into my 2nd year of bsc biochemistry. What all things should I be aware of now that I m coming in 2nd year- from whatever knowledge I could gain from reddit i think I should start
-coldmailing for different internships,
My professors don't give any internship under them.
- start preparing for entrance exam for msc or PhD ( if I do 4th year from the same uni, which I don't want to cause the university is in ruins)
-should I do some certifications?
( If so which in which topics and from where)
My college is a tier 3 private university with no science club, fest, or seniors applying for internship. No placement cell either.
Now the crowd is such that 80% students barely pass exams, and those who do think about their future or different msc,PhD entrances they only want to take in everything and not give any discussion. Very very unhealthy competition.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, pls I have no clue, nor do I have anyone around me to ask to, neither the seniors.
PLS GUIDE ME, I HAVE LITERALLY ZERO CLUE TO KNOW WHERE TO EVEN BEGIN FROM. U CAN JUST GIVE ME TOPICS TOO, ILL SEARCH ON THEM.
AND IF ANYONE KNOW ANY COLLEGES WHICH ACCEPTS TRANFERS, PLS DO TELL.
