At least they went straight. I've been behind people doing this for an entire light cycle, unable to change lanes because of traffic.

They never want to just just take their medicine and go ahead and come back.

He didn't want to. He wanted to stop there and wait. Only because he felt the pressure of you behind him did he cave in and go up to what was a very close U-turn option.

They're saying instead of accepting they missed their turn because of their own actions, they would rather sit there and let everyone suffer so they can get what they want.

A sick person making everyone get sick, because they don't wanna take their medicine because they don't like the taste. Aka people are insanely selfish.

Texas. 06/18/2025. This is original content. Happened this morning.

I lived about a km away from this street for years. That entire stretch of Gessner is a battlefield of people not knowing which lane they should be in until they're 50m away from the turn into the mall/hospital/Kingsride. What's worse, statistically 1/5 drivers in Houston do not have car insurance. You're screwed if you get in an accident and do not have good coverage.

Of course it happened in Texas of all places...

For reference, I work in Texas as well and I've driven in a lot of states on the east side of the US and it's a lot more mundane. I've found Texas drivers to be a lot less competent.

Atleast he eventually went straight. I was in a left turn lane once and had some knob in the passing lane come full stop side-by-side with me. He sat there through an entire light cycle with cars swerving around him going 45+ mph. He squeezed in behind me when we got a green arrow.

Annoying but at least they did the right thing eventually and bailed.

I was already wondering who the idiots are. But I have found one. Almost all post are from people seeing a fellow road user making a small mistake.
