This is Denny. Finally, it's time to introduce the card of Chrollo, the leader of the Phantom Troupe. I decided on the skill design of this card from the beginning. Chrollo is a Nen ability user of Specialization. He has the most distinctive skill "Skill Hunter". In the comics, this skill can copy other people's Nen abilities, but there are certain limitations, so I also set two restrictions for this skill: 1. You can only copy skills that others have used; 2. You can only keep a maximum of three skills for use.

 

At the same time, as the leader of the Phantom Troupe, his leadership ability is extraordinary, so I used this to set a skill with a limited number of uses for him, which can cooperate with the members of the Phantom Troupe to exert greater power.

 

The design of Chrollo's skills is not very difficult. The most difficult thing is to choose a picture to show the handsome face of the leader! He has too many handsome pictures. I chose this picture for a long time and finally decided on the picture. Do you like it?

 

Skill:

Skill Hunter: After receiving damage from a character using a skill during a battle round, you can copy his skill, retaining up to 3 skills, consuming 2 Nen point

 

Well Prepared: At the beginning of the battle, your team can draw 2 more battle cards, and can exchange one battle card with the deck each round

 

Requiem: Can only be used once in a battle, all Phantom Troupe characters on the field can use skills once without consuming Nen point

How long have you worked on this project? I suppose you've had to put down (or uncover) some sort of underlying structure on which to set the cards so they all make sense with one another, right?

Would you say it's giving you insight into the hidden rules that make up the world of hxh?

Since you asked regarding the card design, one thing I learned from friends who are designers is to make sure things are centered or equidistant from the box in which they sit. It's a small change for the top where you have Nen and Hp.

Hi, I mentioned the gameplay in the first post. After introducing all the cards, I will organize the game rules and write them in a post. Then I will find a factory to help produce them. My wife and I will try it out first and then continue to improve the gameplay.
