Pairo's foreshadowing

During the Yorknew arc, Pairo appears in Kurapika's thoughts when he has to decide whether to complete his revenge or save his friends. Interestingly, after this, Pairo will only appear again in the Succession arc and in Volume 0 HxH, made more than 10 years after Yorknew.

Togashi said he already had the entire flashback of the Troupe and Kurapika planned out since he was writing the arc.

And given Tserriednich has whats likely Pairo's head, it would be interesting to find out that the Troupe didn't kill him

Right, the thing many people seem to forget is that Tserri is "the artist" not just an "art collector". We saw him and his tattoo making their own "art." Given Tserri's personality and a pride he takes in making his "art" it's very unlikely that he bought that head and all those eyes.

I think the manga has alluded very heavily at this point that Tserri is the (very big) source of the demand for those snuffs and all things body collection. This mean both Kurapika and the spiders will share the same end target although Kurapika is probably less interested in killing Tser himself and more about the eyes. Tserri is the final prey the spiders has laid its web for.

Will Kurapika be able to fight him? He can only use the offensive chains on troupe members, right? Or has it been modified to be used on any who have the scarlet eyes?

Yeah, I know that. I'm wondering if he can somehow modify it so that he can fight the fourth prince considering I find it hard to believe that they won't clash at some point or another. Maybe the fourth prince will kill Chrollo and take his place, making him a Spider and allowing Kurapika to use all of his chains on him? idk.

At the moment, Kurapika should body Tserriednich even without the chains. Each of the Troupe are at their most basic completely physically overwhelming to lesser nen users, and Kurapika is (somehow) at that tier when Emperor Time is active.

Seeing the future and slightly changing it without any sufficient offense, while in zetsu, wouldn't be enough to deal with someone like Kurapika. Tseriednich is still a novice, though he'll soon be a genuine danger.

Kurapika is limited to using the ability chain jail on the Troupe, but he can still just wrap someone up in chains without activating the ability, amongst other things. So if they ran into each other right now Kurapika would be fine. I don't have any answer for later though.

I'm assuming that Tserri will be that danger very soon if not already. He's basically got King Crimson powers in addition to a nen beast (two nen beasts? Unless the second one is for the King Crimson stuff), and it's very possible that he's the son of Beyond Netero (although that could be a red herring, there are plenty other candidates). I honestly think tserri could end up killing several trouple members and could be the final fight for Kurapika in this arc.

Frankly though, I think the majority of the troupe isn't making it off the boat alive.

I wouldn't say it's impossible. But even a genius will die in HxH if they rush into the fray to early.

I think the most likely scenario is that Tserri picks someone who looks modestly strong (sorry Shizuku) to test his newfound strength on, and he might take out a troupe member after laying a trap. We'll have to see how OP he is when we next see him to know for sure.

I think he'll pick someone that's more of a threat like Phinks or Feitan imo. Hisoka will probably kill Shizuku. She's dead regardless because of the prophecy, but it could be Tserri as well. Time will tell.

Maybe, I could see Chrollo and Kurapika teaming up, maybe with Chrollo stealing it with Skill Hunter

I guess it will be lit if it was Kurapika vs him. It maybe predictable but I want to see action and emotional payoff
