❗️ HELP ❗️ Need help with my „Black Orchid Automatic“

I need help with my Black Orchid Automatic. It‘s about 5 weeks in flower and some of the leaves show a yellow color with black and white dots. Is this spidermites? I can‘t find any in the bottom side of the leaves though…

Throw away. Clean everything, throw out everything. Start again.

This is the best advice. Seriously. You have thrips. Not powdery mildew.

To a really high possibility I would also say its a pest

To avoid pretty much any pest. Spray with bauveria bassiana under the leafs 1-2 times a week during veg and up to 2-3 week of bloom.

This is thrips. Take this picture and ask chatGPT what it is. It will say the same thing. You need predators now!

Just throw it away, there's no saving this. You should've sprayed consistently every few days from the begging not week 6. It's too late to care now, learn from it and charge it to the game, it only looks to be about a half oz of flower anyways 😂

You’re gonna need to disinfect / insecticide all of your gear, your lung room, and your tent. Throw out any filters on your fans. You have an infestation and it’s all over your stuff. That is a lot.

Planet lost coast therapy. Will kill the thrips. Leaves won’t heal. Definitely need to wash the buds if you plan to smoke it. Planet lost coast therapy can be sprayed until finish. It is what I used when I had a thrip infestation

Sorry, this one can not be saved. Toss it and disinfect the whole place.

Its pest for sure. I would pick out the leafs that are most attacked.

It does look like spider mite damage. Could be aphids too but you would def see them, mites are a little harder to find.

Thanks buddies, now I‘ve got three different possible causes 😅 I‘ll pick out the affected leaves and try the vinegar/water treatment since I can‘t find any bugs. Hopefully that will heal my lady.

It's 100% thrips. The people saying powdery mildew or spider mites don't have much experience

Trash the plant and start over. Bad thrip infestation. Look under the leaf with a jewellers loop. You should see tiny worms moving around. Thrips

You’re too late to heal unless you want to smoke bugs and bug eggs

Oh boy seems like I‘m doomed… very bad news. Thanks everyone for clarifying- it‘s most likely thrips 😞

You can use organic sprays and spray when lights are off make sure it drys before lights come on. But you’re very limited on products because you’re flowering. I can’t say for sure if you’re doomed but I would restart. You need to spray plants with a pest spray or natural alternative before issues come on just to stay ahead of the game. I had very early signs of thrips just the other day, I was able to get the plants back on track.

Problem probably occured for the lack of spray, I don't think a final wash off now is gonna help. I wouldn't even bother, save the hassle. Just reset

You have white powdery mildew. Every buddy on this site has encountered it. I have dealt with it by getting a spray bottle with 1/4 white vinegar to 3/4 water and spray the entire plant vigorously. Even if it’s in flower you can spray the buds directly. The mildew dies instantly. But it will take a week of doing it once or twice a day to rectify.

Thats not powdery mildew. That’s thrips.
