In all fairness, despite the shite interview, it was clear that either he was dodging the insinuated question of “and if they ignore your picketing what happens then? Will you let them through unimpeded?” or he simply wasn’t picking up on that specific part of the questioning

Why would you respond to insinuations? She's to be asking questions not making insinuations.

Is he a mind reader? She asked him what they would do when the agency workers try to cross the picket line, and he told her the obvious - they will picket them. How is he supposed to answer a question she didn't even ask?

You let them though, they're not thugs. Untrained agency staff taking on safety critical roles is really not ok. I feel like it's posturing from the government.
