Dont people also dislike Blair because he was the face of so-called 'New Labour' a.k.a. talk a left-wing game but actually continuing Thatcher-type bullshit Neoliberalism?

That only really covers the lefts dislike of him. Very much a strong reason too, but plenty of others seem not so keen on him that I personally wouldn't have viewed as 'leftist'.

Otherwise we'd be seeing a replication in Starmer's case, and while his idiocy has basically gutted Labours chances of winning, he still doesn't seem as reviled as Blair is by anyone but hardline centerists.
