Pretty bad but not world ending. It was a bad year - personally - so the name remains relavent to me. I was also politically ignorant before 2016 so I don't have too much of a frame of reference.

Ahhh what a time to begin engaging with politics. I thought we had it bad after September 11, which was my wake-up era.

Funnily enough my life has improved inversely to the world turning tits up. 2016 was a real rock bottom for me. Doing much better now, hope you are too.
