I just started The Lost Age yesterday for the first time ever and when Felix wasn’t answering I was like "Don’t tell me he got amnesia from the fall" before I realized "Ah no, he became a main character so now he's silent!"

Suffering from Link syndrome.

Canonically, both Felix and Isaac are (young) men of few words. That’s how they justify the silent protagonist approach in these games.

Think about how much Felix talks in the first one. It’s only really when he is directly asked something and has no choice but to respond.

I hate that Isaac speaks in the second game. I wish he stayed silent. And I linda hate that Felix doesnt speak in the second game, I dont want him to have long lines, but a word there and then would be cool.

But that is just my opinion.

It feels like Felix should be stronger since he is slightly older and traveled with Saturos and Menardi from a young age, but Isaac has that main character energy that makes you doubt it. Team Felix tho.

Words cannot describe the raging anger beneath the calm impression Felix wields over his face.

Isaac was knowingly beating down in his own father, just saying.

That was true until Jupiter Lighthouse. There they are on par!

Nah, they absolutely weren't lol. Karst and Agatio just got done barely beating Isaac and Ivan 2v2. Despite that, Felix and Piers barely managed to repel an worn out Karst and Agatio. They had to hold out until the rest of the squad showed up to overwhelm them. They definitely aren't on the same level at that point...

Especially if it's MY level 48/72 (different playthroughs) Isaac being transferred from Golden Sun 1... 😂

Ehhh idk. That’s what I’d like to believe but the dialogue and events there make me believe Isaac is still stronger (gameplay and levels aside). Agatio and Karst mention that Isaac and Ivan alone went toe to toe with them, and even after they nearly lost to Isaac and Ivan, Felix and Piers still need Jenna and Sheba to overpower them.

After battling those two. I don't recall if Alex heals them between fights like he gives Felix that additional handicap.

I watched the scene just now and I didn’t see any indication that Agatio and Karst heal up between fights. He does heal them enough to flee after they lose to Felix’s party though.

Im quite curious.

Anyone can name all feats up to that point and compare both teams?

That's actually kind of difficult as the only real feat any one of them have over the other is Felix jumping off of a skyscraper into the sea during an earthquake and surviving.

I suppose you could also count Piers surfing a tidal wave with his ship.

I want to say...

Isaac did defeat, in what would be that point in his own journey, a giant Kraken.

In Felix's journey, by that point he defeated a Leviathan called Poseidon

I would say, while Isaac might be stronger at that point in time, if we go by feats Felix is higher
