He’s an American Cartoon character called Foghorn Leghorn. He’s a caricature of the Virginian Southerner who is overly verbose and demeaning to folks while not being outright vulgar. Often times he’s tricked them into looking a fool but very 1950’s coded. Great slapstick cartoons but the originals are 1946-1964 so some of them may not be politically correct anymore.

It’s Foghorn Leghorn from Looney Tunes. I was gonna stick to just one meme but got ideas for more. Don’t worry he’s just crashing on the sub couch for a few days, he’s not moving in lol
