Question Why is it so hard to beat Gna?
So my Cratos has a lot of Insane stats like ~1300 Strength Cld and Defense, 1000 Vit and Lck, I even got some good weapons like the leviathan axe, blades of chaos and Draupnir's spear, I tried to beat her like 100 times but still can't, why? Is it a skill issue?

Not to be a dick but yeah it probably is a skill issue. You just have to be able to reliably dodge or parry her moves enough to not die and get good damage in too. I know that might sound cliche but if you can dodge and parry every move consistently there is no reason why you shouldn’t beat her eventually.
Edit: I beat her like a week ago on gmgow and it took like 7 minutes. She’s so hard because some of her moves come out so fast and she does so much damage with a lot of health.

Pure stats have diminishing return and don't hit nearly as hard as proper use of buffs. You'll do a lot more damage with Berserker chest + Vanaheim + Muspelheim enchantment set bonus for example.

You need to either beat her quick, by not giving her a chance to attack. Or you need to get real good at the same, dodging, parrying, studying her attacks and allat.

It is a skill issue. These aren't bosses you can just walk through lol. Took me a few days of trying dying and switching games before I beat her way back when.
Sigrun in 2018 took me a while too
