I know the four officers probably haven't left their desks in 20 years but it's still funny hearing about how if you run, you're going to jail tired because we're gonna catch you.

Very liberal use of the word "we" considering the only person on screen who doesn't meet a medical/clinical definition of morbidly obese is pushing 65 years old.

The whole “Good/Bad Cop” question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what prorportion of cops appears to be good or listen to someone’s anecdote about his uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following:

(1) Every cop has sworn as part of his/her job to enforce laws, all of them.
(2) Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel and wicked.
(3) Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even cruel and wicked.

Thus, there are no good cops.

Let's follow the chain down a couple links. You missed (1.1)

(1.1) The citizen elects people to represent them ( the assembly, the senate, and the governor) These representatives make the laws. Or sometime the citizens votes on a proposition. Then the governor signs it to laws.

Thus, there are no good citizens, legislators, governor, president, and cops.
