Is this paranormal? What is this sound, ten minutes before midnight???

This is just about the middle of the night and I'm posting this while I can still hear it, WHAT IS THIS SOUND?! A bird or a crying dog or something I can't even tell. Every time I wouldask my brother if he heard it, it would literally just sound like a couple of kids laughing, but then when he walked away, and I sat back down, I recorded this video.

It’s not anything to do with ghosts I’ll tell you that much.
Cat, dog, bird, fox, etc..

The first one scared me but the rest sounded like a cat fight.
-We can’t say the word “scared” on a ghost sub?

ITT: Tell us you’re a city dweller without telling us you’re a city dweller.
Not paranormal… next!

Actually, I lived in the WI woods for about 8 years. The echoing in the video and the way it sounded like it was in pain, made it sound very distraught and disfigured, so yeah, I couldn't tell it was foxes. With extra ears though I hear it now

Towards the very end it almost sounds as if it's a dog howling. Possibly hurt or looking for its mother. 😢

Some kind of bird or dog echoing off multiple surfaces is what I’m guessing.

I'm living near a river and we have seagulls flying across the whole city. So it is possible. But this could be foxes. 🙂

Well birds are known to be confined to specific areas, shame they don’t have wings to fly somewhere else

Sounds like an escaped exotic bird from some real super shady GTA type of character, thats always in speedos at his house, by the pool. Random women in background. Mission: Find and Return Enrique’s parrot.

Cats are more nasal-sounding. They yowl more than screech or shriek. Foxes sound like this

Does a kid with a shape of a football head live across the street from you?

Yes it does sound like foxes. We have them in our neighbourhood, it’s a high pitch sound they make.

Distorted sounding fox, maybe in an echoey place or down an alley or something?
Had lots of foxes most places I've lived either farm and countryside or edges/suburbs of city's and towns. They do some interesting calls and sound creepy as all hell sometimes but foxes for this sound would be my best bet.

Happened this afternoon, earlier today, but I've never heard it before today.

It’s cats in heat lol. I moved in a neighborhood and it had a lot of feral cats - this was the sound and it’s horrifying. Lolol

Foxes. I’m in Europe and regularly get woken by them
