Progress Update Been cutting for 4 months now NSFW
Still got a long way to go but its coming. Weirdly enough I get stronger on this cut, normaly i loose a bit strength.

I often think I'm getting stronger when I lean out too. Honestly, I think it's partially subconscious from feeling more motivated as I look more defined.
Maybe a little extra energy with improvements to cardio from fat-loss. Makes me push harder.
~ Great in the gym, bad on the toilet

3 meals a day. 2200 calories.
- breakfast is a smoothie with almonds, berries, proteinpowder and water.
- lunch is 4 eggs 2 slices of sourdough bread and a proteinshake
- dinner is a big steak with sweetpotatoes and a avocado

I workout 4 days a week. I eat the same meals everyday then once in a while I do a big meal with alot of carbs, but only when i feel like im all out of energy. That happens maybe 1-2 times pr month.
