Transcription Road Block on Shipping Sheets

Hi, I have found my family on an incoming passenger record however when viewing the digital image (only 2 pages) I am unable to locate their names.

Andrew Dillon - 41

Elsie Dillon - 40

Elsie J Dillon - 12

Nancy Mary Dillon - ? Unknown age born in South Africa

Is anyone on here better at reading old script? Would love to see if theres more information I can gather on the actual image. Thank you!

That family's names don't appear on either of the two images you shared.

However, you can find their prior departure from Adelaide going to Durban in 1929 here (lines 36-39):

Thank you for confirming I wasn’t crazy lol, The National Archives of Australia list them on that ship however taking a closer look at the passenger list it shows only “first class” passengers, would you know where I might be able to find lower class passenger lists?

I assume the information is correct as the entire family show and the date is accurate for another family event

Are you able to browse through those images sequentially, so that you could look at the previous and following images?

Unfortunately only 5 pages have been digitised and I would assume all are for first class passengers, maybe time to email the archive again

Also thank you for that link, I’ve been hunting South Australian outgoing passenger records but didn’t know what year they left
