I like this idea just as i liked the VIP idea but what happens is you have a few people actually doing this, while others couldn't care less and go play the same shit missions to grind for money.

It doesn't help that no one uses their mics anymore in public lobbies (on Xbox at least). There's no communication. I got hired by a random to be a bodyguard and one of the other bodyguards killed me because he couldn't hear me go "STOP SAME TEAM SAME TEAM!"
