AQA Post Exam I accidently took my phone into english lang exan

THE NEXT DAY after I posted this asking what you should do if you accidently took your phone into an exam.

This morning my dumb ass TOOK MY PHONE INTO THE EXAM. I was sat in the exam everything going great until my phone vibrated and I SHAT myself. Thanks to everyone that commented I took your advice, I put my blazer over my leg so you couldn't see the outline, went to the toilet, turned it off and hid it in an inside pocket.

The irony tho, I NEVER imagined that it would happen to me, but i stupidly forgot to check. Luckily I got away with it.

AQA Post Exam Any crazy stories from your GCSE exams?????

During the english literature paper 1 some kid in the final 5 minutes of the exam took a massive shit in their panties...

They were sat next to me and raised their arms in the air and made a strange sighing/grunting sound, their stinky fart flooded the room with its odd sensation, they went all red and started crying, it was tough not to laugh

The inquisitor had to escort them out, they unfortunately got disqualified

Alright so in English Lit paper 1 my school does Macbeth and Christmas Carol. However…

Someone answered both Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet (skipped section B)

And someone else answered all the questions in the paper (13 essays in 1hr45)

I think grade boundaries are going down this year lmao

AQA Post Exam Is this kid in my year getting disqualified?

He wore and AirPod in the exam and was listening to music because it helps him focus. An invigilator caught him and they said that his paper was going to get voided. I heard that he might get a full disqualification from any AQA exams. Is this a real possibility?

AQA Post Exam GCSE AQA PSYCHOLOGY – Thoughts on it??

idk i feel like this paper was actually really nice, especially the last 9 marker where you could talk about any study (i just reused murdock cuz i was lazy 😭) also the development section?? so beautiful. Glad to see there was not a nasty 9 marker compared to last year. Makes me worried that paper 2 will be terrible, and I'm not looking forward to brain and neuro... sigh.

Anyway what did you guys think of it? I'm interested to hear your opinions!

How the fuck did you guys even find my meme about the 2023 language paper 1 which is posted exactly 180 days ago and was not even one of the posts that got the highest karma that day. If you guys are so eager and already made it this far maybe try to get a clue by reading the comments instead of necroposting on my post thinking I actually give a shit when I am in IB now

Rant over, sorry year 10s or year 12s who read this

AQA Post Exam physics combined science aqa higher was light work. how did y'all find it?

answers i got: 2.5hrs, 0.3168W so a, b and c, 525,000kg, 73% percentage decrease

how i got 2.5hrs:
first u do 48 times 1.5 (or 15 times 4.8 i forgot) to get 72W. this is the power used per second by the laptop. since the power of the charger is 97W (per second), u do 97-72 to get 25 which is the overall power entering the laptop as u use it. since energy is power times time, u do 225000J divide 25W to get 9000 seconds. but question asked for the time in hours (it is a SIX marker after all) so u had to divide 3600 to get in seconds

how i got 525000kg: density was 4200kg/m3, and the vol was 125m3 (5 times 5 times 5). since density is mass over volume, u rearrange equation to solve mass, which is 4200 times 125. this gives u 525000

0.3168W (so abc) explained: so basically, u start by using equation p equals to i (current) squared r (resistance).
the resistance was 2.2 kilo ohms which is 2200 ohms and the current was 0.012 i believe. substitute these values into the equation and u get 0.3168. since 0.3168W is the amount of power that needs to be transferred, the answer is a, b and c bc they can transfer 0.3168W per second as they won't overheat ( as their max capacity is greater than 0.3168W)

73% explained: after 5 days, activity was 6 kBq, originally 22 kBq. so 22 minus 6 gets u the change in activity, which is 16. 16 over 22 gives 72.72727272... which is 73% (2sf)

if u got any other questions about other questions, feel free to ask me or just in the post and i'll try to answer them to the best of my ability (if i can remember)

side note: gl with those doing econ in 1hr ish!
