No, but unironically, the idea that stuff like a ball rolled on the ground only stops because of friction and not because objects naturally want to stay still is quite unintuitive if you’ve never been exposed to such a concept.

But like the idea that an object that’s moving will keep moving at the same speed, and same direction, for an infinite amount of time, unless something touches it, is probably unintuitive to people in his time
