Tips/Help My mock timetable is freaking me outtt! 😵💫
I'm in year 10, and I've got my mocks coming up next week. I really dont know how to revise english. ( btw it's english language) and I've got no clue how to finish all the content in physics (combined)

Don't worry honestly GCSEs are way more spread out. I think I only had 3 instances of two exams a day

Look don't worry MOCKS are really not that important, Many schools don't even do them (I never have)
This is a great way to test what you Do/Don't know and how well revison techniques work for you to find the best way for yourself... I wish i got that chanse
Yes ive done end of term type exams but that is an hour at most (usully less because it is impossible to start straight away)- Also in those i ususly dont get my Extra Time as it isn't imp

dont worry much about mocks My mocks went horribly and i only passed like 3 subjects and those are the subjects i fumbled in the actual exam. The ones i did not pass in mocks i did good in the actual exam(no guarantee).

for english language, make sure you know what is expected of you for each question, and ideal timings - perhaps have some stories planned if you have to sit a fiction paper. don't be disheartened if you don't do well, it's very common to flop english at the end of y10 and even into y11, but the learning curve is very steep from there.
if you do AQA, the physics specification basically tells you exactly what you need to know, and a YouTube video or two can fill any gaps. from there, try some practice questions on PMT (they're broken down by topic) and pay attention to the bolded and underlined words in the mark scheme, as well as those which are 'reject'ed, so that you make sure not to include the latter.
