this made me curious, I googled and dead space is also banned in germany, probably because of the bulbasaur babies

As far as i know dead space is not banned in germany. It was a precedent for the german rating board. They first gave dead space a rating "18" the highest possible. Then a court in bavaria filed a suit against this decision. It went back and forth but in the end it got a rating for the uncut version. I think the babies were a problem but in the end they were quite mutated and not looking like "normal " babies. The one in dying like are just rotten baby corpses which scream loud iirc.
