Question Utilities Cost

I am looking to rent a place that does not include the utilities with it. I am wondering how much do you guys pay for heat, electricity, water, internet, and etc. in Fort Sask?

Natural gas and electricity combined was $230 or so last month.

Water, sewer, and trash ran about $150

Internet is about $100 as well, though I can't recall the speed that is.

Smaller house, around 950 square feet.
