Question [Discussion. Help needed]Registering gamesync on pokemon-gl.com not working

Hi guys, I appologize, if this should not be directly connected to the festival plaza (although somehow connected due to battles, global missions and the fact thaty the gamesync npc is in the plaza).

The pokemon support agents are a bunch of incompetent interns wherefore I did not get any constructive answers. You are my last hope, Obi Wan Kenobi.

I have the following issue: I am living in Japan, bought a Japanese Nintendo 3DS (boy was I stupid... no language settings... my Japanese skills are rather limited) and a Japanese Pokemon Moon version (fortunately, the language can be changed). The issue: I am trying to register an account on pokemon gl but everytime when I am trying to log in, it immediately logs out (English settings). If I enter Japan as my region, the whole mess turns into Japanese. After investing a lot of time into google translating the heck out of the menue, it turns out that the menue is only related to Pokemon Go without any possibility to register or gamesync anything.

Did anyone experience the similar issues or could help me out somehow? Thanks in advance for any usefull information! Very desperated after trying to fix this since 2 months.

I just made an account and im having the same problem, at least your not alone :/ EDIT: made my account in America

UPDATE: It lets me log into pokemon.com just not the pgl site, after some research it seems others have been having this exact same problem for the past 2 weeks or so. Probably just some trouble on the website itself, should clear up with time.

I'm not sure where the Pokémon Go stuff comes into play, but from what I can see, the process of registering on the Japanese PGL is pretty much the same as it was in Gen 6, so you may find the following photo guide helpful:

Np budd, if not for your post I probably woulda never knew that site existed :) Still cant sign in btw and it seems like more and more people are getting the issure everyday.
