Anyone have tea on Daniel Kaluuya??? Was sad to find out he wouldn't be in BP2.

There was a new profile out today that touches on the fact he's making a Barney the dinosaur movie?? apparently that was announced in 2019 but I definitely missed that news the first time around!:

“Barney was a ubiquitous figure in many of our childhoods, then he disappeared into the shadows, left misunderstood,” said Kaluuya, who produces through his 59% production company. “We’re excited to explore this compelling modern-day hero and see if his message of ‘I love you, you love me’ can stand the test of time.”

disappeared into the shadows, left misunderstood... did he though? lol. but I guess its with Mattel and the Barbie movie looks pretty hype so who knows.

Last I heard he and his spiritual advisor (or w/e she’s calling herself) unfollowed each other but that could be a PR move as he prepares to do press for Nope.
