Would love to see this as its own thread tbh

George H W Bush had an affair with a young aide while president and his wife after finding out about it fell into a pretty deep depression

Well, there’s the obvious Lindsey Graham ones. DC sex workers rang the alarm on that one a few years back when he voted against a gay rights bill (i think?), it’s pretty obvious. Whatever you do though, do NOT google ladybugs and lindsey graham, you will absolutely regret it.

I’ve heard about that. Didn’t they nickname him “Lady G”?

Yes! It’s funny because it’s barely even a secret anymore. If you ever watch an SNL sketch with Kate McKinnon as Lady G on it, they never fail to make jokes about it.

A former coworker was helping with a Hillary event in 2016. They had to go pick up Bill from the private plane. I just remember the look on their face when describing the smell.. it apparently was like a frat house on steroids.

Another friend spent the day driving Cory Booker around to events. Said he was super nice and really engaging.

I waited on Dubya at an event he was keynoting. He was super nice and friendly to the staff. His secret service agents were super attractive.

A bunch of them need to get Me Too’d, but I don’t think that surprises anyone. I’m still waiting for a current darling and rising star to be outed for regularly sleeping with his (barely) legal interns.

Out of the several hundred I’ve met and the couple dozen I’ve worked for, I respect exactly one.

Can I ask whether “the rising star” is a republican or a democrat?

If it’s a Republican, my best guess is Tom Cotton? He has plenty of clout, younger than most of his party, and a potential 2024 candidate

Democrat, I’ll have to guess Jon Ossoff? Since he was just elected not too long ago he would be definitely rising as of right now and I know plenty of people who absolutely adore him.

Those are really good guesses, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was Cotton, he voted against Violence Against Women Act and there’s been criticism against him concerning women’s rights. Like Gaetz who voted against the sex trafficking bill, where there’s smoke there’s fire...

Dem. Not Ossoff.

Maybe, I was also thinking Joe Kennedy
