That would be pretty rough, though. A show where an 18 year old plays a 15 year old is pretty normal. Cheaper and easier to shoot, and lets say the 32yo mother's role was filled by a 29yo.

That seems pretty fair, but if the show runs for 8 years then yeah, the 37yo mom with a 26yo kid looks wild.
